A radical postwar proposal for Gaza circulating within the TRUMP administration envisions transforming the territory into a blockchain-powered economic hub. The GREAT Trust plan combines mass relocation incentives with tokenized land ownership, drawing both investor interest and human rights concerns.

At its core lies a voluntary displacement scheme offering Gaza residents $5,000 cash, four years of rent subsidies, and food aid to relocate abroad during reconstruction. The administration claims this approach WOULD save $23,000 per person compared to housing them in secure zones.

Most controversially, the plan proposes fractionalizing Gaza's land through blockchain tokens. Property owners would receive digital claims exchangeable for housing in future "AI-powered smart cities" or convertible to capital for resettlement. The tokenization model aims to attract global investment by creating tradeable shares of Gazan real estate.
